Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using Daily Leveling. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement when warranted.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Illegal activity
- Engage in or facilitate illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or distribution of controlled substances.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Evade sanctions or export controls.
Harm to others
- Threaten, harass, defame, or stalk any person.
- Submit content that incites violence, promotes terrorism, or constitutes hate speech.
- Sexually exploit minors. Any content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
Infrastructure abuse
- Send spam through our onboarding flow or any other endpoint.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape data, or reverse-engineer our systems.
- Use the API to power competing products or resell access.
- Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities outside our authorized disclosure program (see Security Policy).
- Distribute malware, viruses, or destructive code.
Content rules
- Avatar photos must be of yourself or a person who has given clear consent.
- No public-figure deepfakes or celebrity likeness without consent.
- No nudity, sexual content, or explicit imagery in uploaded photos.
- Quest titles and descriptions must not contain illegal, threatening, or sexually explicit material.
Account abuse
- No multiple accounts to evade bans, rate limits, or quotas.
- No sharing of accounts or API keys with people outside your household / personal use.
- No automated XP farming or fake completion of quests to manipulate progress.
Reporting violations
If you see a violation, email support@dailyleveling.app with details. We investigate every report.
Enforcement
We may, at our discretion, remove content, suspend accounts, revoke API keys, or terminate access for any AUP violation. Severe or repeat violations result in permanent termination.
